The NEW “SYNTIRO” support system is our latest in aeration floor supports.

The quick connections and long spans means a fast and easy install. The “SYNTIRO” is engineered to aid in efficient airflow and use half the typical number of support rows. After installing, the flooring simply lays flat on the support without having to snap in, allowing faster install, and accommodating uneven concrete floors.

The “SYNTIRO” support can also span in floor tunnels. SYNTIRO’S locking feature allows the supports to be quickly connected and provides strength and support without movement. When overlapping supports, our spring steel clips keep the supports together. Their easy clip on style will not pop off during installation because of the jagged teeth that grip the metal for a secure lock.

The Springland U-Trough design moves more material than traditional round tubes at the same horsepower, with less chance of grain damage.

Fans

Adequate and even airflow throughout the grain silo is critical to proper cooling, storage and natural air drying.

Our heavy duty and quiet centrifugal fans feature airfoil blades, close tolerances and dynamic balancing to give you maximum airflow and years of reliable performance. All housings are made of heavy duty galvanized steel to resist rust and provide long life. When natural air drying isn’t enough, a high quality heater can dramatically increase your drying speed when combined with a high performance fan and stirring machine

Sealable Silo Roof Vents

Superior’s vent and closure system is at the cutting edge of grain aeration and fumigation.

Our vents allow for maximum airflow and our unique vent closure design creates a gas tight seal. The closure flaps are connected to a pulley system controlled from the ground which will hold the flap open when the silo is in aeration phase and then shut up to a gas tight hold against a rubber gasket (gasket not shown in photo) in the fumigation phase. By not exposing the flap and gasket to the outside elements the seal quality will be maintained.

Sealed silos require suitable ventilation when in use with aeration systems. Agridry manufacture sealable roof vents that are designed to be retrofitted to most makes and models of sealed silo. They are able to be sealed, enabling effective fumigation of the silo when required.
